Abstract
This study examines the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Return On Assets and Gross Domestic Product on Lending to Non Performing Loan as a moderating variable. This research is conducted at Foreign Exchange Banks in Indonesia period 2012-2016. This study used Moderated Regression Analysis as a technique of data analysis and sampling using sampling jenuh. The results of this study indicate that Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return On Assets and Gross Domestic Product have no effect on Lending, only Loan to Deposit Ratio affect Lending. This research also obtained result that Non Performing Loan able to moderate influence between Capital Adequacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Return On Assets and Gross Domestic Product on Lending can also function as independent variable in research. As for some limitations in this study include Adjusted R Square value is still low of 0.087 and the heteroskedastisitas on variable Loan to Deposit Ratio and Return On Assets.
