Abstract
Purpose of this study was to determine the description of goods inventory accounting system at UD Mulya Surabaya using DFD Data Flow chart diagram. In the process of placing an order can be determined by looking at the total sales turnover of goods prior periods or by looking for a depleted stock do order goods to the supplier in order to avoid the accumulation of goods that can lead to damage and expired goods. Sales data items can generate sales reports information goods per period, so it can be used as data purchase order to the supplier of goods. In the process of recording incoming and outgoing cash transaction debt purchase and receivables, which are then processed as checks and cash change came two outputs, namely, reports cash inflows and outflows from the output so that it can be reported to the manager of the cash reporting information on UD Mulya Surabaya.
