Abstract
The purpose of research was to determine whether the LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, and FBIR have a significant effect simultaneously and partial on ROA in Regional Development Bank. The sample are three banks, namely: BPD Jawa Tengah, BPD JawaTimur, and BPD Jawa Barat and Banten. Data and data collection methods in this research is secondary data extracted from financial statement of regional development banks in Indonesia Going from the first quarter of 2010 until quarter two of 2015. Data analyzes techniques in the research is multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that the LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, and FBIR have a significant effect on ROA simultaneously to the Regional Development Bank. IPR and FBIR partially have negative effect unsignificant on ROA in Regional Development Bank. NPL and BOPO have positive effect unsignificant on ROA in Regional Development Bank. On the other hand, partially APB have negative effect significant on ROA in Regional Development Bank. LDR and IRR partially have positive effect significant on ROA in Regional Development Bank. The result showed that the most dominant effect to ROA is BOPO. Keywords :The Risk Effect of Business Bank Toward ROA.
