Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the effect of internal and external quality of products and customer loyalty towards financial performance in manufacturing companies holding SNI (Indonesian National Standard) products in city of Industries (Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik and Probolinggo). Based on these objectives, methods of data collection in this study is use a Complete Enumeration method to choose all elements of the population into the sample holder of SNI products manufacturing company. The data about internal quality of products, external quality of products, customer loyalty and financial performance is obtained through a questionnaire on the quality managers of manufacturing companies holding SNI products in city of industries. The results showed that the internal quality of products and external quality of products do not affect the financial performance and customer loyalty affect financial performance.
