Abstract
This research have a purpose to test if Financial ratios can predict significant financial distress situation on manufacture companies that listed in Indonesia stock exchange. Samples that have been gotten for this research are 41 companies, 29 companies in non financial distress situation and 12 companies in financial distress situation. Using purposive sampling as a technique to reduce population to become samples. The conclution for this research are financial ratios can be used to predict Financial distress situation on manufacture companies. Financial ratios that have significant results and can be used to predict financial distress situation are Current ratio, Sales on total asset, Net income on total asset, and Current liabilities on total assett.
