Abstract
The mining company is one sector that is very sensitive to macro-economic indicators. This resulted in property stock prices in Indonesia Stock Exchange is fluctuating and it is very difficult to predict. This research was conducted with the aim to determine the factors that affect the solvency of fundamental and stock prices in the mining sector. Fundamental factors used in this study is composed of financial ratios ROA, ROE, NPM, EPS, andDTAR. The sampling method used is purposive samplingmethod. From a population of twenty-two mining companieslisted on the Stock Exchange, taken eight companies that meetthe sample criteria that have been defined. Hypothesis testing is done using multiple linear regression analysis by first doing a testfor normality.The results showed that the f test results show that the researchis a fit model. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R 2)indicates that the pattern of stock price movements are random, can not be determined, and or influenced entirely by simplycontrolling the company's fundamentals. Partially fundamental EPS have significant influence on stock prices,while the ROA, ROE, NPM and the DTAR have no influence on the price ofmining shares on the Stock Exchange.
