Abstract
The objective of this research is to study influence of profitability, leverage, and growth as independent variable, and with using liquidity as moderating variable toward cash dividend. Profitability measured by return on investment, measured leverege debt to equity ratio, growth measured by sales growth, and liquidity as measured by the current ratio moderating variable. This study population is a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and to continue to distribute dividends in the period 2007-2010. The method of analysis of this research used multi regression and test interaction. The results of analyzes using multiple linear regression showed that the model fit and the partial (1) profitability has a significant influence on dividend policy, cash (2) leverage has a significantly influence the cash dividend policy (3) has no significant effect on the growth of a cash dividend policy. To test the interaction generated in this study, no variables are moderated by the current ratio. Keywords : profitability, leverage, growth, liquidity and dividend policy.
