Abstract
Thisreseachaims to determineLDR, LAR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, and PR simultaneously havea significant positive effecton ROEinthe NationalPrivate BanksGo Public The sample used in this study is a Bank, Bank CIMBNiaga, Bank BCA. The data usedissecondary data and sample collection technique purposive sampling and multiple linear regression analysis using the F test and t test. Using the study period from 2010 to the first quarter 2015 second quarter. The Results from this study is that theLDR, LAR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO,and PR havea significant positiv eimpact on the National Private Banks Go Public, variables that have a significant positiv eeffect is PDN and BOPO the national private commercial bank Go Public. Variables thathave asignificant negative impact is variable NPL, APB, IRR and the variabl is not significant positive effect LDR, LAR, IPR and PR Keywords: National Private Commercial Bank Go Public, Liquidity, Asset Quality, Sensitivity, Efficiency And Solvency Toward ROE
