Abstract
Health bank as one that regulated by Indonesia bank. Financial ratios represent aspect that could be used to assess bank health level. Bank performance on profit growth in Indonesia. Government Bank period 2011-2015 using RGEC method. population of this research are all bank which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange with sample of this research are government-owned bank (BNI. BTN, BRI and Mandiri Bank). Sampling determination done as puposive sampling. Analysis technique that used is partial regression analysis technique (Partial Least Square/PLS). The result of the research show that the health of bank have a significant effect on profit growth, as measured by indicators of Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) Keywords : Helath Bank, Profit Growth, NPL, GCG , ROA, NIM, CAR, LDR
