Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the risk profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Capital have influence to predict problematic conditions in the banking sector in Indonesia in 2012-2014. Factors risk profile is measured using the ratio of NPL, LDR and Compliance Risk Factor, Good Corporate Governance is assessed using a composite value,factor Earning measured using NIM ratios.Factors Capital were assessed using CAR. The sample used in this study were 31 banking companies conventional listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the sampling technique used in this study using purposivesampling,test equipment used to test the hypothesis is logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that the NPL ratio , LDR, Compliance Risk, GCG, CAR can not be used to predict the problematic conditions in the Conventional Banks have a significance value above 0.05 (5%) while the ratio of NIM can be used to predict the condition of problematic since under the value 0.05 (5 %).
