Abstract
This study aimed to determine whether profitability, leverage and growth in cash flow are used by investors to make investment decisions as reflected in return of share to be earned. The study also involved independent variables were profitability, leverage, operating cash flow, investing cash flow and financing cash flow. While, the return calculated using the geometric mean. Analysis of data used multiple regression analysis. Research conducted on 107 real estate companies and properties listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. The study concluded that the profitability and financing cash flow effected on return of share. This indicated that investors considered the profitability and financing cash flow disclosed in its annual report to make decisions in investments. While other independent variables were not shown to be significantly associated with stock returns. Key Word : Returns of share, profitability, leverage, cash flow growth.
