Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of ownership structure , litigation risks, and leverage on Executive Compensation in companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange ( BEI ) in the period 2012-2014 . Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis, where the significance level used was 0.05 The sample used in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange 2012-2014 . The results of this study indicate that the variable leverage (DER) effect on executive compensation . Meanwhile , managerial ownership variables and the risk of litigation has no effect on executive compensation .
