Abstract
The opening of free markets such as MEA made a number of Indonesian people threatened for the limited jobs available, which is caused by the high competition that arise. depletion of jobs polemical separately in Indonesian society, especially in people with productive age, there is no doubt that the limited number of jobs makes the population of productive age have the awareness of the importance of employment growth in Indonesia, and therefore they try to rise Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). mental preparedness as well as science as a supporter, it becomes very important at this time. At an SMEs management, financial literacy is important to be improved, the current level of awareness of the importance of the SMEs manager of financial management can be said to be lacking. This study conducted in three regions selected on GERBANG KERTASUSILA region. research focused on the East Java area. respondents in this research is the management of SMEs, it chosen by superior product in each region are chosen, there are Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Mojokerto. respondents in the current study were 30, this research is a kind of exploratory research studies and explanative research. Data is processed using discriminant analysis by SPSS 16.0. the results of this reasearch showed that financial literacy has no effect on election funding sources.
