Abstract
The ASEAN Economic Community has already held in this beginning of the 2016, every businessman should face this competition by creating a good management decision-making, which is consists marketing strategy, human resource management, and financial decision-making. The Financial decision-making include budgeting decision, profit allocations, saving, credit, and investment decision. One of the most important factors on the financial decision-making is Financial Literacy which is become the main topic in this study. The first aim of this study is to measure SME’s financial literacy and the second is to examine the difference financial literacy based on demographic factors (Gender, Education’s level, ages, and SME’s ages). The subjects of this study are Small Medium Enterprise in 3 cities in GERBANGKERTASUSILA, East Java, Indonesia. The SME’s financial literacy measure by Personal Financial Management Basic Knowledge, Credit Management, Saving and Investment Management and Risk Management. By using Independent T-Test analysis and analysis of variance (ANOVA), this study found that SME in GERBANGKERTASUSILA still on averages level. This study also found that the difference financial literacy level only based on education’s level. Key Word : Financial Literacy, Small Medium Enterprise, Demographic Factors
