Abstract
This study aims to know the state of risk profile, good corporate governance (GCG),earning, capital and the soundness of the National Private Banks (BUSN) Foreign exchange which is listed on the Bank Indonesia are valued in a Risk Based Bank Rating (RBBR) over a period of 2012-2014.The kind of research descriptive with the quantitative approach used in this research.The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling.This research undertake an evaluation of factors in RBBR, risk profile factors through the ratio of NPL, and LDR, GCG factor, earning factors through the ratio ROA and NIM, and the factors through capital ratio CAR. The research results show that risk factors profile of the National Private Banks (BUSN) Foreign exchange had an average of NPL of the just under 5 %, and the average LDR which predicated good enough. GCG factor is a bank show overall bank been able to meet eleven aspect is with an average got is the GCG predicate of the application of very good. An assessment of the earning on average indicated it is sufficient. The bank capital indicate the bank able to fulfill obligations provision minimum capital by 8 %.
