Abstract
The company’s performance is an indicator of good or bad about the company’s achievements. The application of good corporate governance (GCG) on the company becomes important to further improve the company’s performance. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of mecahnisms good corporate governance to company performance. The measurement of the company’s performance is Return on Assets (ROA). The measurement of mechanisms good corporate governance is the size of board of commissioners, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership. Research samples are seven service companies that was nominated Indonesia Good Corporate Governance Award 2011 to 2015, and the total final sample are 35. Method of data collection is purposive sampling. Multiple Regression Linear is used to test the hypotheses. The final results show that the board size of commissioners is not affect on the company’s performance, while the managerial ownership and institusional ownership is affect to the company’s performance.
