Abstract
Bank Indonesia as central bank has a role in monitoring bank performance quality. Bank performance can be found out based on its health level. Health level of a bank can be assessed from several indicators. Indicator that becomes the determination of bank health level is financial report or observation result data that performed by bank supervisor team. Several actual events such as bankruptcy of a bank, stuck credit and others often happened in Indonesia. Therefore the making of right and quick decision about bank health status is very important to find out well bank performance quality. Bank health status can be seen from the result of bank financial ratio analysis. In this research, an application that determines society credit bank health level has been designed with CAMEL method. In CAMEL method, there is financial ratio analysis at five aspects, those are capital, asset quality, management, earning and liquidity. This application is made by giving attention at phases in analysis and system design and then implement it by using Borland Delphi. Keywords : Analysis, System Design, CAMEL, Bank Health, BPR.
