Abstract
The purpose of this study is to know the influence of financial performance to determine bond rating of bankning industry in th e Indonesia Stock Exchange and has rated bond in PT. Pefindo. Sample were selected with purposive sampling method. Population in this research are banks which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011 - 2015. Total population are 42 banks and selected 1 0 banks as samples in this research. Analysis technique in this research is multiple regression analysis. The result of the research is: 1) profitability has a positive influence to the bond rating, 2) liquidity, capitalization, and asset quality has a neg ative influence to the bond rating. Keywords: Bond Rating, Liquidity, profitability, capitalization, and asset quality
