Abstract
This research analyzes of companies that implementating ESOP programs (Employee Stock Ownership Program) were able to increase financial performance and market performance before and after the company adopted the ESOP . The researc h used samples from non financial companies was listed in (BEI) Bursa Efek Indonesia in period of 2005 until 2015 by 11 companies with sample of research between 2007 until 2013. For analysis, this research using paired sample t - test and wilcoxon signed r ank tes t with SPSS support. The result show that the companies who was adopted ESOP are unable to increase financial performance and market. Keywords: Employee Stock Ownership Program, Financial performance, Market Performance.
