Abstract
This research aims to analyze whether the LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, FBIR and PR have significant influence simultaneously and partial to ROA on National Private Commercial Banks Go Public. The sample of this research are three banks, namely: PT Bank Bu kopin Tbk, PT Bank Mega Tbk, PT Bank Mayapada Internasional Tbk.. Data and collecting data method in this research is secondary data which is taken from financial report of National Private Commercial Banks Go Public.. Bank started from the first quarter p eriod of 2011 until the second quarter period of 2016. The technique of data analyzing is descriptive analyze and using multiple regression linier analyze, f test and t test. The result of the research show LDR, IPR , APB , NPL, IRR , PDN, BOPO , FBIR dan PR h ave significant influence simultaneously to ROA on National Private Commercial Banks Go Public. LDR and IPR partially have positive unsignificant influence to ROA on National Private Commercial Banks Go Public. APB , NPL, IRR , PDN and PR partially have nega tive unsignificant influence to ROA on National Private Commercial Banks Go Public. BOPO partially have negative significant influence to ROA on National Private Commercial Banks Go Public. FBIR partially have positive significant influence to ROA on Natio nal Private Commercial Banks Go Public.
