Abstract
The purpose of this study is to test the effect of financial literacy and spiritual intelligene on financial management behavior of college student in Surabaya. This study is qualitativ e research wich the population students at third semester in Surabaya especially STIE Perbanas Surabaya, STIKO M, ITATS, UNESA and UNAIR. Data were collected using quesioner wich given to 130 respondent s . Technique analysis of this study is descriptive and inferential analysis by MRA or Multiple Regression Analysis. The results (1) financial literacy, spiritual intelligence and major program are have significant effect on financial behavior , (2) financial literacy has positive no significant effect on financial management behavior , (3) spiritual intelligence has p ositive significant effect on financial management behavior , (4) students of economics has better than financial management behavior. Keywords : Financial Behavior, Financial Literacy, Spitirual Intelligence, and Major Program.
