Abstract
A family who can manage their finances properly shows that the family has been able to be responsible for their money. In managing finance, knowledge needed in the run. In addition, personal ability to make effective decision about personal finance is something useful in finance management. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitude, and education level on the behavior of family financial management. The sample used in this study were 117 samples with some criteria such as Kediri citizens and have minimum income four million rupiahs per month. The sampling methods used were purposive and convenience sampling. The anaylsis technique used was MRA (Multiple Regression Analysis). The result of this research showed that financial knowledge and education level have unsignifficant effect on the behavior of family financial management meanwhile financial attitude has signifficant effect on the behavior of family financial management. Key words: financial knowledge, financial attitude, education level, the behavior of family financial management
