Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the LDR, IPR, LAR, APB, NPL, IRR, BOPO, and FBIR have a significant effect either simultaneously or partially to CAR. The study period starting from the first quarter of 2011 until the second quarter 2016. The study using population in regional development banks. The data used is secondary data. Methods of data collection using the method of documentation. Samples were selected based on the sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, where there a re three regional development banks selected BPD Papua, BPD Riau and Kepulauan Riau, and BPD Sulawesi Selatan and Barat as well as data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are LDR, IPR, LAR, APB, NPL, IRR, BOPO , and FBIR together have a significant effect on CAR in regional development banks. Variable IPR have a significant positive effect on CAR and NPL and BOPO have a significant negative effects on CAR, but the other side in this case the variable LDR, LAR, APB , IRR , and FBIR dit not have a significant impact on CAR and among the eight independent variables that contribute the most dominant CAR is variable NPL amounted to 14.13 percent higher compared to other free variables.
