Abstract
This research aimed to examine and analyze the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance which is proxy by the independent board, the audit committee, and the institutional ownership to the Financial Performance of the company (ROA) as dependent variables. The method of sampling was done through purposive sampling method. The obtained samples were 39 mining companies listed on listed on Indonesian Stock Exchance (IDX) periode 2013 to2015. The analytical method use multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variable of the Corporate Social Responcibility have a significant effect on ROA, independent board and the audit committee significantly gave negative effects on ROA, while the variable of institutional ownership did not affect the ROA.
