Abstract
This purpose of this study to determine to effect of independence, competency level, audit fee and profesional ethics of auditors on audit quality owned Public Accounting Firm in Surabaya and in Malang. Data that’s used in this study the result of primary data questionnaire with 65 respondents. This study used a random sampling method in the determination of the sample. The population in this study is an external auditor owned Public Accounting Firm in Surabaya and in Malang listed in directory IAPI 2016. Data analysis methode used in this research is the validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis to test hypothesis using SPSS 21 for Windows. The results show that variable independence, competency level, audit fee and profesional ethics significantly influence on audit quality. Key words : independence, competency level, audit fee, profesional ethics and audit quality
