Abstract
One of the functions of banks that provide loans to the public in the form of loans, and the activity has its own risks for a bank. Risks arise if the debtor is unable to pay its obligations to the bank for some reason. To anticipate the bank forms and set aside funds to cover the risk of losses on the loans will be given to customers. Loan loss provision functioning as a general reserve and the special reserve to cover risks arising from the credit and to maintain the financial stability of banks in order to remain liquid. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of liquidity, inflation, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return on Assets and Loan to Deposit Ratio on loan loss provision at National Private Banks Non-Foreign Exchange period 2011-2014. This study uses a quantitative research design. The sampling method using purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the Loan to Deposit Ratio affect on loan loss provision, and liquidity, inflation, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Return On Assets not affect on loan loss provision.
