Abstract
Banks are very important in terms substain the strength and smoothness of the payment system and the effectiveness of monetary policy. Moreover, the bank is also a financial institution that is needed in economic development. A bank that does credit it will contain a risk that, in the form of credit payment is not smooth or commonly called a credit risk. The study aims to determine the effect of CAR, LDR, provisioning against non-performing loans in the banking sector Non Foreign Exchange National Private Bank Indonesia in the period 2011 - 2015. This study is a descriptive quantitative research. Sampling technique used is the method judment samplingdimana one of purposive sampling with a number of financial reports used as many as 23 banks, of the National Private Banks Non-Foreign Exchange. With a sample of National Private Banks Non-Foreign Exchange are registered in Indonesia and uses data analysis techniques of multiple linear regression, the test results from this study that the Capital Adequacy Ratiotidak effect on non-performing loans, Operating Expenses on Operating Income has no effect on non-performing loans, while loan to Deposit Ratio effect on Non-Performing Loans and Allowance for Earning Assets elimination of no effect against non-performing loans Keywords : Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Allowance for Assets (PPAP)
