Abstract
This study aimed to determine the ability of financial ratios in predicting bond ratings on manufacturing companies. Financial ratios used in this study is the solvency, liquidity, productivity, and size. Solvency in this study was measured by the formula Debt Asset Ratio (DAR), liquidity in this study was measured using the formula Current Ratio (CR), productivity in this study was measured by the formula Total Asset Turnover (TAT), while the size of the companies in this study using the Log Total Assets. The sample in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period from 2011 to 2015 and assessed by PT.Pefindo. The research sample was selected by using purposive sampling method. there are 22 samples used in the study of 150 companies were acquired. This study using logistic regression analysis test tools. Based on the results of logistic regression analysis with significance level was 5% has proved that: Solvency, liquidity, productivity and size have influence significant bond rating. Key words : Bond Rating, Solvency, Liquidity, Productivity, And Size.
