Abstract
This Research enhaces and examine about the effect of bankruptcy prediction, company’s growth and audit quality on going concern audit opinion. The study population is a apparel and textile companies liested on the indonesia stock exchange in the 2010-2015. The data used were secondary data. Method of data analysis is logistic regression analysis. The result of logistic regression using SPSS that only a bankruptcy prediction variables did not significantly influence the acceptance of going concern audit opinion. Variables growth of company’s and audit quality significantly influence the acceptance of going concern audit opinion. The conclusions of this study, samples obtained in this study is relatively small, only 72 sample obtained from the company garments and textiles sector and companies that do not publish audited financial statements in a row, until reducing the data sample.
