Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social resposibility of the banking company's financial performance. The population used in this study is a commercial bank listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2012-2015. Financial performance indicators ROA is the dependent variable. Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility is an independent variable. The sample in this study were taken by using purposive sampling method. Technical analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility significant effect on the financial performance indicators ROA.
