Abstract
The research aims to analyze the factors which influence lending loans, where the independent variables were composed of Third Party Fund (DPK), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Return ON Asset (ROA), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and the dependent variable is the Lending Loans. The data used are secondary data and the samples of this study consist of 4 State-Owned Enterprise Banking from the first quarter period of 2011 – 2015 fourth quarter. The research used purposive sampling and the data were analyzed by using multiple linier regression analysis. The research results show Third Party Fund and Loan to Deposit Ratio have significant effect on lending loans by State-Owned Enterprise Banking. Non Performing Loan, Return ON Asset, and Capital Adequacy Ratio do not effect on lending loans by State-Owned Enterprise Banking.
