Abstract
This study aims to determine how the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and dividend policy to corporate debt policy. This study uses sample of manufacturing company which listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2015 and selected using purposive sampling method.The sample that included criteria is 24 manufacturing company which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2015.This study used the dependent variable debt policy, while the independent variables are managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and dividend policy. Data is collected by the method of documentation. Analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The result of research shows that managerial ownership has negative influence to debt policy. Institutional ownership has negative influence to debt policy. Dividend policy has no significant influence to debt policy. Keyword : Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Dividen Policy, Debt Policy, Pecking Order Theory
