Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, growth, and firm size on the dividend policy on food and beverages companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. Dividend policy is a dependent variable, while profitability, leverage, growth, and firm size are independent variable. Purposive sampling techniques used in sampling with the acquisition of as 13 companies as the study sample. This study used multiple linear regression as a data analysis technique. The result showed that profitability, leverage, and growth is significant effect on dividend policy. Different result are showed variable firm size, firm size is not significant effect on dividend policy.
