Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of asset structure, liquidity, profitability, sales growth, and dividend policy on capital structure of automotive and componens companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. Capital structure is a dependent variable, while asset structure, liquidity, profitability, sales growth, and dividend policy are independent variable. The method of sample determination are used in this research is purposive sampling method. The method of analysis the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression analysis. The result showed that asset structure, liquidity, profitability, and dividend policy is significant effect on capital structure. From this study, only sales growth is not significant effect on capital structure.
