Abstract
The development of information technology and is rapidly increasing in Indonesia has become a part of human life at the moment, especially in the field of communications. Internet helps companies deliver information to users of financial statement information in the form of financial and non-financial. The purpose of this research is to analyze determinants of internet financial reporting consist of companies profitability, liquidity ratio, leverage, and size. The techniques of data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this research is that company size significantly influence the Internet Financial Reporting, however profitability, liquidity, and leverage no significant effect on Internet Financial Reporting.
