Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Operation Expenses againts Operational Revenue (BOPO) on Non Performing Loan (NPL) for commercial banks in Indonesia. According to the population characteristics, sample used in this research is amount 10 banks which fulfilled the sampling criterias. This research used quantitative approach by use secondary data obtained from each banks website. This research data is the annual financial report that published within period 2011 to 2015. The value of each variable in this research analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis method by use IBM SPSS Statistics 21 computer programs. From the results of research hypotheses testing note that CAR had no significant effect on NPL, LDR had significant positive effect on NPL and BOPO had no significant effect on NPL.
