Abstract
This research sample used is a manufacturing company, manufacturing company assessed can be used as a diverting option Indonesian economic driver while the weakening global economy. However, the transfer is still difficult to be used as a tool economic drivers Indonesia due to the manufacturing sector experienced a slowdown in growth in 2011 to 2015. At the time of the global economic slowdown in 2015 some sectors, especially the manufacturing sector experienced a decline in stock prices resulting in a decrease in the value of the company's manufacturing sector. This study aims to test and prove the effect of dividend policy, growth companies, corporate social responsibility (CSR) to firm value. The sample used in this study of 144 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, hereinafter selected through purposive sampling method and acquired 35 companies. Tests in this study using multiple linear regression statistical test is intended to test the hypothesis. After normality test and the data obtained at 117 outlier sample data. The results obtained from this study that the dividend policy does not affect on firm value, the company's growth has no effect on firm value and corporate social responsibility (CSR) affects on firm value.
