Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of the dividend Payout Ratio, Return on Assets, the Size, and the level of investment risk with variable controls the Status of the company towards the PER manufacturing company listed in BEI. Samples taken is a manufacturing company which is registered in BEI for three consecutive years, namely in 2012, 2013, and 2014, and regularly publishes financial reports and has positive equity during that period. The number of samples taken as many as 101 manufacturing company, bringing the total to as many as 303 observation. Research data are sourced from the secondary data, i.e. the financial report available on ICMD (Indonesian Capital Market Directory). Data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear regression analysis. The results in this study found that: (1) there is no influence of the dividend payout ratio against PER; (2) there is the influence of return on asset against PER; (3) there is no influence of size against PER;(4) there is no influence of the level of investment risk against PER.
