Abstract
Economic development in a country adjust to the dynamic development and the real contribution of the banking sector. Banking functions in economic development is to channel funds for economic activities, one of which is in the form of a credit to the community individual or business entity. Credit is the provision of money under the provisions or specific agreements that have been agreed upon by the banks and other parties that requires the borrower to pay the debt at a certain period with interest. The conclusion is that credit has a strategic position in which as one of the sources of the money needed to fund operations that can be put emphasis as one of the keys of life for the peoples.
