Abstract
PT. Waru Teknikatama is a company engaged in manufacturing are selling and buying needs for the production of refrigeration. Such as the purchase of supplies, equipment, assets and equipment to meet operational needs. Purchases made companies use a simple system in which procurement is a good cooperation with suppliers in the purchasing process. The system implemented by PT. Waru Teknikatama in the purchase transaction is very simple and easy to understand. In this study aims to determine the types of purchases that are applied by the company either by cash or credit purchases, the types of payments by the company, systems and procedures applied by the company purchasing the different between purchase equipment with the purchase of supplies, equipment, and assets. The main documents used in the form of purchase orders and purchase invoices. This study generated through interviews and collecting data from the company.
