Abstract
This study seeks to examine empirical the uses of internet banking Bank BCA Surabaya based of benefit, accessibility and security. Research is designed by survey and used questionnaires. Research involved 100 respondents of Bank BCA customers in Surabaya that using internet banking Bank BCA service. The result of this study comprise of four variables that obtained by researcher and analyzed using SPSS 16.0 for windows indicated that correlation among benefit and security have significant effect toward customers decision using internet banking. But difference in variables that are benefit and security, in accessibility variable show that the result is insignificance then user accessibility have insignificant effect toward internet banking customers decisions, therefore customers still face difficulty application internet banking application/facilities.
