Abstract
Bank is one of the financial institutions or companies engaged in the financial sector. In their daily activities the bank has it's own business goals that benefit greatly continuously so that the bank can survive and thrive in order to secure the future. Factors that can affect a bank ROA among other performance aspects bank liquidity, asset quality aspects, aspects of sensitivity, aspects of efficiency, solvency aspects. This research is meant to find out the influence of liquidity, asset quality, sensitivity, efficiency, solvency simultaneously, partially on ROA in private bank’s. In this study population used is the Private Bank's financial statements. There were sample in this research is 3 Private Bank listed on the Stock Exchange since 2010 until 2015. Results from this research are variable Simultaneously LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, BOPO, FACR, PDN, FBIR have influence to ROA at the Private Bank's. While partially IPR, BOPO, FACR, PDN variables affect the ROA while variable LDR, APB, NPL, IRR, FBIR no effect on ROA.
