Abstract
This study was conducted to prove that the policy MSOP policy can improve the company financial performance and could create a risk lower than before applying policy. In this study, the sample used is a non financial corporate companies amounted to 10 companies with aggregste terms used between 2004 to 2012. The analysis technique used in this study using a paired sample t test with the help of SPSS 20. The result of this research proves that the MSOP can not improve the performance of the company and can not make a lower risk than before apllying policy. Key word: MSOP, Financial Performance, Risk Financial, ROA, ROE, OPM, NPM, GPM, RISKROE.
