Abstract

The objective of establishing the bank is to achieve maximum profits that are expected to support the survival and development of the business activities. The performance of a bank is considered good if a bank ROA increased from time to time, but in contrast to what happened in Regional Development Bank, there are still problems on profitability ROA regional development banks. This led to the need to conducted research on bank profitability by linking what factors are influencing the decline in ROA. The aim in this study to determine the significant influence of LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO, and FBIR simultaneously and partially on ROA in Regional Development Bank. This study is a quantitative research. The population in this study is the Regional Development Bank in Indonesia. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis indicate that: (1) LDR, IPR, LDR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO, and FBIR simultaneously significant influence on Return on Assets (ROA); (2) LDR has a negative influence but not significant on ROA;(3)IPR has a negative influence but not significant on ROA (4) NPL has a positive influence but not significant on ROA; (5) APB has a positive influence but not significant on ROA; (6) IRR has a negative influence but not significant on ROA; (7) BOPO has a negative influence and significant on ROA; (8) FBIR has a positive influence but not significant on ROA.
