Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) Effect of CSR the company's stock price (2) The effect of managerial ownership on company's share price (3) The effect of institutional ownership on thecompany’s share price(4) Effect of CSR on corporate profitability (5). The influence of managerial ownership on the profitability of the company (6) Effect of institutional ownership on the profitability of the company. measurement of CSR in this study mneggunakan GRI standard. For profitability is proxied with ROA.The sample used in this study is a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange-year period of observation 2011-2013 by using purposive sampling method. There are 25 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange that meet criteria as research samples. Data analysis methods used in. This research method that uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test and T test The results of this study indicate that CSR disclosure and managerial ownership has no significant effect on stock price and profitability of manufacturing firms.
