Abstract
The purpose of this study was to know the level of significance of the effect of NPL variable, LDR, IRR, PDN and BOPO together on ROE at the National Private Commercial Bank Foreign Exchange. By using the research method that consists of the study design, study limitations, identification of variables, operational definitions and measurement of variables, and the sample population sampling techniques, data and methods of data collection, and technical analysis of the data. From the data analysis techniques are used then there are three banks namely a sample of the Bank BCA, Bank CIMB Niaga and Bank Danamon bank criteria has decreased and has total assets of between 20 to 60 trillion. of the five variables NPL, LDR, IRR, PDN and BOPO. only one variable that significantly influence the BOPO National Private Commercial Bank Foreign Exchange is the variable ROE.
