Abstract
This research aims to know influence of the quality of Good Corporate Governance toward return measured by return on asset (ROA), financial risk measured by non performing financing (NPF) and capital measured by capital adequacy ratio (CAR) in Islamic Banks. Sampling in this research is purposive sampling method with limitation of the study is registered Islamic Banks in Bank Indonesia, publishes an annual report and disclose reports of Good Corporate Governance in 2010 to 2013. The result showed that the quality application of Good Corporate Governance on Islamic banks in Indonesia are categorized nice views from the average value of composite 1.70676. Besides it known that the quality the application of Good Corporate Governance no effect against rate of return with result t-test 0,732 > 0,05 and of risk financing with result t-test 0,257 > 0,05 but influential against the capital with result t-test 0,009 < 0,05.
