Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of managerial ownership, profitability, and growth as independent variables, using liquidity as moderating variables toward dividend policy at a manufacturing company in Indonesia Stock Exchange with the time period of 2008-2012. This research use multiple regression analysis. The results of this research using the t test showed that (1) managerial ownership was negative significantly influence on dividend policy (2) profitability has positive and no significantly on dividend policy (3) has no negative and no significantly on the growth of a dividend policy. To test the interaction generated in this study, return on investment was moderated by cash ratio on dividend policy.
