Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine which variables LDR, NPL, IRR, PDN, FBIR and BOPO simultaneously or partially significant effect on ROA in the foreign exchange national private commercial bank. Data collection methods used in this study is a secondary data source from quarterly financial statements of the bank. Appendix examined the financial statements of the financial statements of the first quarter of 2009 to 2013 data analysis techniques fourth report quarterly financial used in this study in the multiple linear regression analysis, the F-test and t-test.this study using twenty-nine foreign bank as its sample. However, because this study used a purposive sampling technique, there are only three of them meet the criteria for this study banks Maspion Bank. Bank of India Indonesian. Study period began the first quarter of 2009 to the fourth quarter of 2013. The results showed that LDR, NPL, IRR, PDN, FBIR and BOPO significant effect simultaneously to ROA foreign exchange national private commercial bank. there are two independent variables that have a significant influence on the ROA foreign exchange national private commercial bank. and LDR, NPL, IRR, PDN, FBIR, and the BOPO has no significant effect on ROA at the foreign exchange national private commercial bank.
