Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine of the effect of corporate social responsibility disclosure,environmental performance and company size on financial performance. The population of this study is all extractive company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and listed in for 2011-2013. Sampling method using purposive sampling and obtain 34 data observation.The first results for the first hyphotesis indicated that corporate social responsibility disclosure has a no significant influence toward financial performance , meanwhile the test result for the second hyphotesis indicated that environmental performance has a significant influence toward financial performance, and the result for the third hyphotesis also shows that company size has a significant toward financial performance. Keywords : corporate social responsibility, disclosure,company size, participation in PROPER, profitabilitas, financial performance, environmental performance
